Former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci made quite an impression during his 10 days with the Trump administration last summer, and he is reportedly bragging to friends and family about a possible West Wing return.
As reported by the DailyBeast, three sources close to “the Mooch” claim the former Trump official brags often about phone conversations with President Trump, and that his return to the White House could be, as the Daily Beast puts it, “imminent.” In addition, the report emphasizes claims that the Trump family misses Scaramucci and want to provide him a room in the White House.
The former communications director allegedly claimed that he will meet with Trump in either Washington D.C. or Mara-A-Lago to discuss his possible return this upcoming month.
To clear the air, Scaramucci told reporters the story was “absolute nonsense” and nothing more.
“I have said nothing like that at all,” he added. “Don’t believe BS.”
As for the White House’s take on this, no official comment was provided.
History has proven that Trump and Scaramucci were extremely close during his short tenure as a member of the Trump administration. There have reports speculating that Trump and Scaramucci share the same twisted, vulgar humor. Also, Scaramucci’s body language at the podium mirrors Trump’s to a degree that is both hilarious and surely beyond coincidence.
Whether the DailyBeast report is accurate or not, there is one thing that is certain:
Trump’s administration is still a swamp zone with or without “The Mooch.”
