BREAKING: Documents Leak Tying Trump To Affair

We have new information in the Stormy Daniels affair saga.

Documents marked “HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL PROCEEDING,” show a Trump Organization lawyer named Jill A. Martin, representing President Trump’s holding company in their efforts to silence Ms. Daniels.

Previously, it was announced that Stormy Daniels was under a “non-disclosure” agreement entered into by Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen, but he stated that Trump had no knowledge of it and that it was a “private transaction.”

With this new document leak, that’s proving the claim even less true (even though no one actually believed Trump himself was never involved.)

The documents were obtained from February 22 arbitration proceedings filed in Orange County, California.

If Trump wasn’t a party to the event, then why are his other attorneys involved? That’s a good question.

Ms. Daniel’s attorney Michael Avenatti was the source of the document leak, saying it proves there is a direct connection between President Trump and the nondisclosure agreement with Ms. Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford. He says Trump’s attorney and the White House hasn’t been truthful about the president’s involvement.

“We are uncovering more and more evidence that demonstrates that the American people have not been told the truth,” Mr. Avenatti said in a statement. “We will not stop until we get to the bottom of this.”

In other news – Buzzfeed may have found a legal opening for Ms. Daniels to discuss her alleged relationship with Trump. It turns out, Trump’s attorney filed a suit against the publication for the “so-called dossier compiling accurate, inaccurate and unproven allegations over Trump’s relationship with Russia.”

Buzzfeed’s lawyer sent Daniel’s attorney an email saying that she needed to preserve all her records relating to her relationship with Trump and that it could be subpoenaed and revealed in a formal deposition. Legal experts say the non-disclosure agreement wouldn’t be an obstacle to this legal maneuver.

So, what this means is, even if Daniels is barred from violating her restraining order (which hasn’t been settled yet) she could still be compelled to reveal the information in the Buzzfeed libel lawsuit. That would end up being the same thing – the public would end up finding out about what really happened.
