Affluenza Teen And Mother Finally Apprehended In Puerto Vallarta (VIDEO)

Apparently, when a video of the teen who was too rich to understand that killing people is bad surfaced showing him in the act of breaking his probation his mother threw him a going-away party and took him to the resort town of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. He and his mother are now in the custody of Mexican officials.

The newly dark-haired, now 18-year-old, Ethan Couch killed four people and injured 9 others while driving at over 3 times the legal limit with Vicodin in his system in 2013. He was given 10 years probation, due to the insane plea of “Affluenza” (too rich to know better) that his parents and expert witnesses used during his trial.

Now, at the end of his vacation in Puerto Vallarta, the spoiled little ninny faces only 4 months in jail. That is, unless the motion to move his case to Adult Court from Juvenile Court is approved. Then he will face the possibility of finishing out his 10-year sentence in Jail — where many believe he belonged in the first place.

His mother, Tonya Couch, due to her obvious crimes, faces up to 10 years for helping her entitled spawn to run from justice.
