WATCH: Australian Group Calls For Travel Boycott Of USA Until Gun Violence Gets Addressed (VIDEO)

Republican obstruction on American gun violence has gotten so bad, that the rest of the free world is trying to stage an intervention.

Gun Control Australia is calling for an international boycott of travel to the USA, in order to try to force Republicans to finally acknowledge there is a massive gun violence in problem in America. In an interview, Samantha Lee of Gun Control Australia went over a few points regarding this recent move by her organization.

We have 2.1 million Australians visiting the U.S. every year and over 200,000 expats in America. So I believe we have a duty to respond to this tragedy in the U.S. And the way to do this is have a boycott of non-essential travel to the U.S.

Lee is also campaigning to bring the issue up at the United Nations, in order to try to persuade America to ban donations from the gun lobby to lawmakers.

The typical responses from the Republican party and its propaganda sources like Fox News, have been much of the same: Blame the victims for not shooting first, and screaming about why Obama and the Democrats hate freedom.

From 2001 – 2013, 406,496 people were killed by firearms on U.S. soil. Compare that to all deaths from terrorism both foreign and domestic from 2001-2013, which is 3,380. You see the problem here. – Source CNN

Remember, guns are 100% safe and incapable of killing on their own. The real threat that everyone should be focusing on is terrorists, who use guns to kill people constantly even though guns somehow never actually kill people.
