During an April 2015 interview with Diane Sawyer, then-Bruce Jenner announced that a) he is a woman; and b) he is a Republican. Just recently, now-Caitlyn Jenner was featured on the cover and an in-depth interview for Vanity Fair magazine.
As you can imagine, Jenner and the transformation are receiving a LOT of media attention. Irrelevant member of the GOP presidential candidate clown car Lindsey Graham, however, is not enjoying the same attention.
So even though Lindsey Graham voted:
- to ban gay marriage
- against reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act
- for banning same-sex marriage
- for banning same-sex adoption
- for ending affirmative action
And is rated ZERO by the ACLU for his anti-civil rights voting record, and rated ZERO by the Human Rights Campaign for his anti-gay stance and wants to amend the constitution to define marriage as between one man and one woman, he went on television this past weekend to summon the vote of Caitlyn Jenner.
Which begs the question: Does Caitlyn want more war? Because last week Lindsey Graham was once again trying to be relevant and catch headlines by highlighting his warmonger credentials declaring that “If you don’t want war, don’t vote for me.”
Caitlyn has a lot of choices, but somehow I don’t feel that Lindsey Graham is going to be one of them.
