White House Officials React To Trump’s Insane Nuke Tweet, Administration In Freefall

The entire world was horrified last night as Donald Trump posted his most irresponsible tweet to date.

Signaling that 2018 could be just as bad (or worse) than the disastrous year before it, Trump pushed the envelope with North Korea leader Kim Jong-un as he boasted that he has “a much bigger & more powerful [nuclear button] than [Kim]”. Trump recklessly tweeted:

“North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un just stated that the “Nuclear Button is on his desk at all times.” Will someone from his depleted and food starved regime please inform him that I too have a Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger and more powerful one than his, and my Button works!”

This tweet, which challenges Kim Jong-un to a nuclear button contest, has terrified the country so much that even Trump’s own administration is gravely concerned about Trump’s unpredictable behavior. According to Axios, one White House official said:

“Every war in history was an accident. You just don’t know what’s going to send him over the edge.”

Trump’s irresponsible behavior has already peaked, and we’re only three days into the new year. If this is a sign of what’s to come throughout this year, the entire world is in very big trouble and our future lies in the (very small, orange) hands of a psychopath.

Trump has continuously put the country’s safety in jeopardy when it comes to North Korea, never resisting the urge to escalate the United States’ tense relationship with Kim Jong-un. He has gotten so irrational that not even his own White House officials will stand behind him now. They are just as stressed out as the rest of the country as we helplessly watch Trump flirt with nuclear war. It couldn’t be more clear that Trump needs to be stopped – and right now.
