WATCH: Fox News’ Judge Andrew Napolitano Just Made Sean Hannity P*ss Himself

Sean Hannity

Fox News host Sean Hannity, one of Donald Trump’s most rabid and loyal supporters in the media, is now taking his turn in the ethical hot seat following a bombshell revelation that he was a secret client of Trump’s personal attorney Micheal Cohen.

You may recall that Cohen’s New York office was recently raided by the FBI, who seized a treasure trove of information, not only on Trump but also on Cohen’s other high-profile clients, like Sean Hannity. The raid was recommended by Special C0unsel Robert Mueller‘s office after Cohen confessed to paying alleged Trump mistress and confirmed porn actress Stormy Daniels $130,000 just before the presidential election in 2016 for no particular reason.

Both Cohen and Trump vehemently denied that the money was in any way shape or form “hush money” and that then-candidate Trump had no knowledge of the payment. However, the Cohen’s admission apparently got Mueller’s attention, and Trump didn’t help matters after he told reporters on camera that they would have to ask Cohen about the payment.

Meanwhile, Hannity has been in full attack mode, going after anyone who would dare threaten to lead to the impeachment of his squishy, sweaty, orange president. However, these new revelations now have the Fox News host in full retreat mode. Hannity claims that Cohen never represented him on any legal matter and that he only asked the attorney for some advice every once in a while. Hannity also denies that he was ever an official client of Cohen, but seems to believe that his private conversations with Cohen are protected under “attorney-client privilege.”

Unfortunately for Hannity, his good friend of 20 plus years and fellow Fox News host, Judge Andrew Napolitano, was quick to burst his colleague’s misinformed bubble.

During an appearance on Outnumbered Overtime, Napolitano was asked by host Harris Faulkner to justify why the public should have access to the names of Cohen’s other clients. The judge explained that the government told the judge that Cohen only had one client (Trump). However, Cohen’s attorney informed the court that his client had many clients, which lead to the disclosure of Hannity’s name in court.

Faulkner finally asked the judge how Hannity could somehow claim attorney-client privileges without being a client of Cohen’s.  Napolitano grimly replied:

“I love him,” the judge replied. “I worked with him for 20 years. He can’t have it both ways. If he was a client, then his confidential communications to Mr. Cohen are privileged. If Mr. Cohen was never his lawyer, then nothing that he said to Mr. Cohen is privileged.”

Napolitano also debunked “a myth” that states if you give a lawyer $10, as Hannity claims that he may have done with Cohen, that it creates some kind of a weird legal loophole that would allow Hannity to claim attorney-client privilege.  He noted that such a legal protection “requires formal relationship reduced to writing for a specific legal purpose.”

“So anything that is there regarding Sean Hannity can be revealed?” Faulkner asked.

“In my view, yes,” Napolitano answered

Long story short, Sean Hannity’s dirty laundry may soon become public domain, and there’s probably nothing he can do about it. What secrets do you imagine Hannity could have confided to Cohen? Not even Shonda Rhimes, the creator of the hit political tv drama Scandal, could have made this shit up.
