WATCH: Fox Judicial Analyst And Trump Favorite Calls For Criminal Investigation Of Trump Jr’s Collusion With Russia

Donald Trump is going to sh*t himself.

Andrew Napolitano is Fox News’ top judicial analyst. He is also well-liked by Trump, who once considered Napolitano as a potential Supreme Court nominee.

Well, Napolitano can forget about that now after he called for a criminal investigation of Donald Trump Jr.’s collusion with the Russians.

Last week, Trump Jr. released an email chain in which he agreed to a meeting with a Kremlin-linked Russian lawyer and a former Soviet intelligence operative in order to receive information on Hillary Clinton from the Russian government to help his father win the 2016 election.

Doing such a thing is the very definition of collusion since Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort joined Trump Jr. at the meeting, which took place at Trump Tower. All three men were also part of Trump’s campaign.

It is illegal for a campaign to receive something of value such as opposition research from a foreign government or from representatives of a foreign government.

By releasing the emails, Trump Jr. gave authorities the smoking gun proving that Trump’s campaign worked with the Russians to win the election.

And even Napolitano thinks a criminal investigation should be launched right away.

“If I could have advised the president or Donald Trump Jr., I would have said, ‘Go to [Trump attorney] Don McGahn,’” Napolitano began on Monday. “He would have said, ‘You want to talk to a an ex-KGB-GRU agent and a person represented as a Russian government lawyer — even though we now know she wasn’t — tell the FBI, don’t bring those guys in here.’”

“Often these non-violent criminal events don’t happen all at once, they happen in stages. Is this enough to commence a criminal investigation? Answer: yes. Because it is suspicious that they met with these people, that they didn’t consult a lawyer, that one of these people is former KGB-GRU — that’s the Russian intelligence arm.”

Napolitano then slammed Kushner for not going to the FBI and advised Trump to not put family members in White House positions.

“Why didn’t Jared Kushner tell the FBI about it unless he was trying to hide something?” Napolitano asked. “Donald Trump would be better served if he weren’t related to the people serving him.”

This is a very big deal considering Fox News has been Trump’s propaganda machine. The fact that one of the conservative network’s biggest contributors, who also happens to be a Trump supporter, is calling for a criminal investigation is significant.

Trump is most definitely going to throw a Twitter tantrum about this.
