NBC News even helpfully compiled more of Trump’s tweets whining about President Obama golfing.

Remember when Trump promised during the 2016 campaign that he would have no time to take vacations and play golf because he would be too busy on the job?

“I would rarely leave the White House because there’s so much work to be done,” Trump told voters. “I would not be a president who took vacations. I would not be a president that takes time off.”

Well, it’s August now. And guess who is taking a 17-day vacation to play golf.

If you said ‘Donald Trump,’ you are absolutely correct.

According to the Associated Press, Trump is planning to take over half a month off to go play golf at his Bedminster, New Jersey resort, the same golf course where he told members that the White House is “a real dump.”

This plan comes only six months into his first term as president, whereas President Obama only played 11 rounds of golf in his first six months compared to Trump’s 21.

But that’s not counting all the times Trump has visited his golf courses and refused to say whether he played golf or not.

Trump has visited his golf resorts a total of 41 times since taking office at a cost of $55 million to taxpayers. This upcoming 17-day trip will only add more to that bill.

Furthermore, Trump is on pace to play more golf than Obama ever did, as well as spending more money and taking more vacation days.

Trump’s plan also comes a mere two weeks after telling reporters that lawmakers should not be going anywhere until Obamacare is repealed.

“I don’t think we should leave town unless we have a health insurance plan,” Trump said.

Clearly, Donald Trump is the biggest hypocrite who has ever occupied the Oval Office. Americans should be outraged.
