Trump Gets WRECKED After Celebrating A Supreme Court ‘Decision’ That Never Happened (TWEETS)

Donald Trump burst into jubilation after he hopped on Twitter and, in his typically misinformed and stupid way, celebrated his temporary ability to ban Muslims from entering the United States….with some important caveats.

On Monday, the Supreme Court sort of gave The Donald what he wanted and bypassed the decisions of the 4th and 9th circuit courts, temporarily lifting the ban on Trump’s Muslim ban until the case can be heard in October — with some important limitations.

The court said that Trump’s Muslim ban “may not be enforced against foreign nationals who have a credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States.” This includes foreign nationals from the six Muslim-majority nations in Trump’s ban who want to visit or live with family members in the United States and students who are attending U.S. universities.

In other words, the ban hath been neutered. The court also told the administration that they “fully expect” the supposedly temporary ban to be worked out by the time the case would be heard.

This is far from a win for Trump, but that isn’t stopping him from pretending it is one. In a statement, he called it a “clear victory for our national security.”

“Today’s ruling allows me to use an important tool to protect our Nation’s homeland,” he said, echoing the sentiment of Adolf Hitler when he did his own reprehensible things to “protect” his people from those he views as inferior. “I also am particularly gratified that the Supreme Court’s decision was 9-0.” Then he hopped on Twitter to celebrate:

Once again, the Supreme Court will not actually make a decision until October — a fact that the Russian Twitter bots who spammed Trump’s timeline with support ignored. Fortunately, Americans are not so stupid:

In addition to Trump lying to The Stupid Part of America about a decision that has not happened, he lied about the numbers. The vote to hear the case was 6-3, not unanimous. But his supporters will believe anything as long as it passes between his lips.
