The more Donald Trump involves his children into White House matters, the more backlash he receives from his own party.
More Republicans are speaking out against the so-called president–even the ones who were very loyal to the GOP. In fact, former Trump supporters, like Trey Gowdy (SC) and John Cornyn (TX). And now another, Texas Republican Bill Flores are now voicing their opinions.
In an interview on a local CBS affiliate in central Texas, Flores chose not to defend the Trump family’s action.
In addition, Flores offered legitimate advice for Trump:
“I’m going out on a limb here, but I would say that I think it would be in the president’s best interest if he removed all of his children from the White House,” Flores said. “Not only Donald Trump, but Ivanka and Jared Kushner.”
It’s pretty pathetic how his own affiliated party is demanding Trump to remove every single one of his offspring from the White House. If Trump were wise (which he isn’t) he would follow the advice of the only semi-sane Republican out there.
