He was attempting to seek police help. Using enormous strength, West was seen on surveillance video forcefully pulling, kicking and throwing rocks at the front door, according to Detective Tracy Figone.

It can actually come in a powder, it can be smoked, it can be injected. We don’t know what it’s mixed with. It could be bath salts with cocaine, it could be with crystal meth. It could actually be something that could cause permanent damage,” said El Sanadi, a Broward Health emergency room doctor.

West, pictured above with an injury to his eye, was arrested and charged with vandalism. He was bonded out on the misdemeanor charge. According to El Sanadi, they are seeing more and more cases of ‘Flakka’, which can cause hallucinations, as it clearly did with West.
